Ridge + River restaurant, located in the Manor Vail Lodge in Vail Village is teaming up with Spirit Hound Distillers of Lyons to highlight the quintessential flavors of a Colorado summer. On July 17, indulge in a thoughtfully curated four-course dinner expertly paired with award-winning spirits from Spirit Hound Distillers.

Spirit Hound Distillers is renowned for their handcrafted whiskys, gins and vodkas. It got its start in 2011 when some friends in the Lyons area (notably Craig Engelhorn, an electrical engineer who was instrumental in bringing Dale’s Pale Ale to the public with Dale Katechis, owner of Oskar Blues Grill and Brew and brewer Brian Lutz). Engelhorn and other spirits enthusiasts decided to create a distillery and since then, the operation now creates 17 spirits and counting and has won dozens of awards year after year. Ridge + River Mountainside Kitchen offers a warm and welcoming dining experience with regionally sourced ingredients from nearby mountains and rivers. The combination of the two will create a memorable evening for the novice to the expert spirit lover.

Ridge + River at the Manor Vail Lodge in Vail Village is hosting spirit and wine tasting dinners this summer along with a wine tasting during Happy Hour from 4-5 Wed. – Sun.
